Below you will find the members of our various leadership teams for the coming year. Thank you to all who have agreed to help guide us. Our Pastorate Pastoral Commission helps guide the overall pastoral direction of our seven-parish pastorate, including collaboration among our parishes. The Pastorate Finance Commission focuses on the financial needs of the whole pastorate, including shared expenses, budgeting, staffing, and long-range priorities.
Each parish also maintains its own Pastoral Council and Finance Council. This council focuses on the particular pastoral life, traditions, and needs of the local parish, as well as parish finances, budgets, and facilities. Together, these councils and commissions serve as advisory bodies to the pastor as we work for the good of each parish and our entire Waukon Area Pastorate.
